About Me

I started my fitness journey after struggling with weight gain and low confidence when I moved to Michigan. With the support of others, I transformed not just my body — but my mindset and purpose.

BettyCamFit was born from that transformation. Now, through InTheLab, I help others find their strength, rebuild confidence, and create lasting change — from the inside out.

Toning

Target stubborn areas and sculpt a lean, defined physique through controlled, effective movements.

Core Work

Strengthen your abs, lower back, and midsection with targeted exercises that improve stability and posture.

HIIT

Short bursts of intense movement followed by recovery periods to maximize fat burning and stamina.

Functional Training

Practical, real-life movements to build overall strength, balance, and coordination for everyday performance.

Meditation

Cool down, reset your mindset, and cultivate mental clarity through guided breathing and stillness.
